Resource & Wellness Centre
The National Cancer Society of Malaysia officially launched its Resource and Wellness Centre in Kuala Lumpur on 31 March 2003. The Centre aims to provide a relaxed and friendly environment for cancer patients and their carers as well as to offer a holistic approach to the care of cancer patients.
We fundamentally believe support and information are essential guiding tools for a person when diagnosed with cancer. Our mission is to enable individuals to empower themselves through learning wellness and life affirming strategies, as well as providing user friendly information about mainstream medicine, complementary treatments and new developments in cancer.

We have a medical staff on hand to explain diagnosis in a non clinical setting and advise on the type of questions to as their doctor. The relaxed environment will help patients understand and accept the diagnosis at their own pace.
